非会计专业《会计基础》课程教学改革探讨

摘    要:经管类专业普遍开设了《会计基础》课程,其内容通常为基础会计和财务会计的压缩、堆砌,课程重体系完整而非求实效。为打破传统的非会计专业学习会计基础课程的知识堆砌局面,转为从岗位任务的设置出发,以学生为中心,以就业为导向,结合企业实际情境,设计学习模块,改革考试考核方式,提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,着力培养非会计专业学生具备一定的职业基础和后续的职业拓展素质,《会计基础》课程建设进行一系列改革很有必要。

Abstract:Economics and Management majors generally offer Accounting basis course, which usually are the compressed combination of Accounting Basis and Financial Accounting. The curriculum focuses on system integrity rather than to pursuit practical effect. In order to break the traditional teaching method of Accounting Basis for non accounting major students, we should take the students' future position's tasks as the basic point, take students as the center, take their future career's requirements as the guidance, combine the enterprise actual situation to design learning module and reform the evaluation way, so as to improve students' learning enthusiasm and initiative as well as make students qualified for their future work and have the subsequent occupation development quality. Therefore, our Accounting Basis Course Construction Team undertakes a series of reform and obtains a considerable good effect.
