| 摘 要： | 网络版权权利纠纷解决的关键在于权利人与社会公众之间的利益平衡,也就是版权如何合理使用的问题。根据网络版权的合理使用原则,可以确定网络版权合理使用度,为版权合理使用程度的判断提供较为精确的数量依据。

| Abstract: | The key of network copyright's dissension is the balance of interests between oblige and the public,which also can be said how to use the copyright properly.This paper gives the conception of the degree about network copyright's proper using according the rule of using network copyright,and a more accurate gist for judging the network copyright's dissension is given. |
