粤北高校教师工作倦怠现状调查及对策研究

摘    要:采用马斯拉弛工作倦怠通用量表(MBI-GS)对韶关学院141名教师进行调查,结果发现:(1)粤北高校教师有部分存在工作倦怠,并且工作倦怠子维度在不同性别、学历、主要工作、教龄上存在显著差异;(2)粤北高校教师对自己的工作倦怠认识还较模糊;(3)影响粤北高校教师工作倦怠的因素主要是外部因素,如待遇、工作负担、升职空间、管理等因素;(4)粤北高校教师应对工作倦怠的方式较为理性,并且对学校应对工作倦怠寄予较大期望.

Abstract:A Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS),conducted in shaoguan University among 141 teachers,display the following results:(1)there are part of university teachers specialization,and job burnout,job burnout in different sex,son dimension qualifications,main work,there was a significant difference between 15-20.(2)north of their university teachers,job burnout than fuzzy recognition.(3)influence college teacher specialization of job burnout factor is largely a external factors,such as treatment,wor...
