| 摘 要： | 白2007年以来，中国随人民币升值和CPI的不断上升，社会上许多行业的商品出现整体提价现象，其中也包含了恶意提价行为。作为政府，为使国家经济健康平稳地发展和社会的稳定，应尽量使物价平稳，尤其对恶意提价以攫取超额利润的行为，应坚决予以遏制，在对策上，政府可以通过直接行政干预的手段，也可以利用市场规律，通过宏观调控手段，使物价平稳，使恶意提价得到遏制。
