| 摘 要： | 饮食文化旅游是一种现代休闲旅游方式。与传统旅游形式相比，饮食文化旅游更注重“吃”得健康和养生，“吃”得放心和舒心。韶关具有丰富而独特的饮食文化资源，应抓住现代旅游转型的契机，立足于韶关本土资源和特色，开发饮食文化旅游产业，服务大众，满足大众的生活需求，从而带动韶关旅游经济发展。

| Abstract: | Leisure tourism is a new way of modern tourism. Compared with the traditional ways of tourism, leisure tourism pays more attention to physical and mental relaxation and keeping in good health care. Therefore, Shaoguan should seize the opportunity of tourism transformation, basing on Shaoguan local resources, develops leisure tourism industry, serving the public and meeting the demands of the public, thus promote the development of Shaoguan tourism economy. |
