| Abstract: | "Insisting on making overall plans, insisting on people first, establishing overall, coordinate, sustainable development view, promoting the economic society and people's overall development" is the scientific development view of building the well-off society in an all-round way. People in youth is the most important period to realize selves-development. The youth's development is the course that the youth realizes overall progress. Holding the deep intension of the scientific development view all-sidedly and' accurately, and insisting on the view has great significance to the youth's development. |
