平民教育视阈下的民族地区教育

摘    要:教育公平是平民教育的核心理念.在这一理念指导下,反思我国民族地区的教育具有重要的理论和实践意义。总体来看.民族地区学生受教育程度比较低、教育经费投入不足、高水平的师资队伍严重短缺、民族教育法规体系不完善等等问题。借鉴平民教育理论,确保教育公平的实施,巩固基础教育成果;优化投资结构,加大投入力度;统筹师资资源,加强民族地区师资队伍的建设:完善法律与制度保障等措施来解决民族地区教育的教育问题。

Abstract:Educational fairness is the reflection of China's ethnic education has core idea of mass education, under the direction of this concept, important significance in theory and practice. Overall, the students' level of education in ethnic minority areas is lower; lack of education funds investment; a severe shortage of high- level teachers; ethnic education laws and regulations system is not perfect, and so on. From the mass education theory, to ensure the implementation of the education fair, the consolidation of basic education achievements; optimize the investment structure, increase investment; overall teaching resources to strengthen the construction of teachers in ethnic minority areas; improving the legal and institutional security measures to solve the education problems of education in ethnic regions.
