| 摘 要： | 实施全程化就业指导是教育规律的客观要求，是适应紧张就业形势的迫切需要，也是加强高等学校就业工作的有效途径；全程化就业指导应充实心理健康教育及指导、职业生涯设计指导、升学指导、创业指导等内容；全程化就业指导可以分为相互联系、相互补充的三个阶段；在推行全程化就业指导模式过程中，应坚持做到“五个结合”。

| Abstract: | Full process guidance in jobtaking is the demand of education and the necessity to adapt to the severe job market, as well as an effective approach to improve the jobtaking for higher education graduates. Full process guidance in jobtaking covers psychological education, profession design, entering a higher school, and pioneering an enterprise. It is composed of 3 interrelated and complementary parts. In applying full process guidance in job-taking, five factors have to be taken into consideration. |
