社会转型期民办高校群体事件问题研究——以心理干预与社工实务为视角

社会转型导致社会各个阶层利益的分化,整个社会进入了危机事件的多发期。民办高校作为高等教育大众化的产物,其教育对象的特殊性,决定了此类学校在开展教育管理及维稳工作时,需要摒除高校教育习俗性认识,运用一种更能使教育对象接受,获得教育对象认同的工作手法——心理干预与社工实务,对民办高校群体事件进行有效的预防与化解,同时扩展教育工作的视野,更好地开展教育实践。

Study on the Private Colleges Group Events Problems in the Social Transformation Period:A Reflection of Psychological Intervention and Social Work Practice

Social transformation leads to the differentiation of the interests among various sections of the society.The whole society is in the period of occurrence frequency of public crisis.To be the product of the popular higher education,private colleges have special educated targets who determine the colleges should choose the methods： psychological intervention and social work practice which are more accepted and identified by there educated targets in educational management and defend stability instead of use the conventional knowledge in higher education.Psychological intervention and social work practice can help prevent and defuse the group events effectively,open up our horizons in educational work and carry out educational practice more easily.
