| 摘 要： | 泰罗1911年发表的《科学管理原理》首开西方系统管理理论研究之先河，重温这一理论，其创新精神、人本主义思想、效率观念、培训计划、规范理念对于我们今天迎接“入世”挑战和在知识经济时代学会如何进行知识管理具有重要而深远的理论借鉴和现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | The Scientific Management,published by Taylor in 1911,arose the research on the system management theory in the West.On reviewing the theory,its innovation spirit,humanitarianism,efficiency idea,training plan and rule notion are important for us to prepare for joining the WTO and to learn how to manage in the era of knowledge economy,no matter as a theory reference or as reality guidance. |
