| 摘 要： | 针对火炭母组织培养中的污染问题,以火炭母带腋芽茎段为外植体,设计多种灭菌方法,进行组织培养.以求找出降低污染的方法.实验结果表明:用洗涤剂处理、紫外线照射、75%碱化乙醇、1%次氯酸钠组合的灭菌方法,能有效降低火炭母组织培养污染率,同时还可提高腋芽萌发率,是火炭母的组织培养比较理想的灭菌方法.

| Abstract: | To deal with the pollution in tissue culture of Polygonum Chinese Linn the study was carried out by using the belf of the axial bud and the stem section of Polygonum Chinese Linn to find out the methods of reducing pollution.The best sterilization method of explants was when the explants were treated with the combination of detergent treatment,ultraviolet radiation,75% alkaline ethanol,1% sodium hypochlorite,which can effectively reduce the pollution,at the same time,improve the germination rate. |
