| 摘 要： | 韶钢新一钢两座130吨转炉配备有两套余热锅炉汽化冷却系统,可以在转炉运行过程中吸收高温烟气中的余热产生蒸汽,一方面降低了烟气温度,便于转炉煤气的回收;另一方面冷却产生的蒸汽可用于发电,有助于冶炼行业的节能降耗.通过分析余热锅炉组成结构和工作原理,针对余热锅炉运行过程中出现的问题采取一定的优化措施,使余热锅炉在转炉炼钢过程中运行更加稳定和节能.

| Abstract: | Shaogang steel,two new 130-ton waste heat boiler in converter is equipped with two sets of vaporization cooling system which absorbs high temperature flue gas waste heat in converter operation process to produce steam,while reducing flue gas temperature,easing the converter coal gas recovery;cooling the steam produced which can be used to generate electricity on the other hand,contributing to the refining industry energysaving and consumption. |
