| 摘 要： | 当前,成人教育在不断改革、发展的同时,仍存在急功近利的负面趋势,人文精神缺失的现象较突出,表现在成人教育忽视学生主体的需要、忽视学生创新精神的培养以及学生人格的塑造。因此,在成人教育的教学改革过程中必须通过多种途径,大力加强成人教育中人文精神的培育:按需施教,培养学生的自主性;大力发掘学生的创造性潜能;注重学生人格健康发展,营造和谐的教学环境。

| Abstract: | Currently, adult education is in the ongoing reforms and development, but at the same time, its negative trend for instant success still exists and the phenomenon of the human spirit missing is more prominent in adult e-ducation. For example, adult education ignore the main needs of students, and ignore the cultivation of students in innovation and ignore the personality shape of students. Therefore, in the process of teaching reform in adult education, various channels must be used to vigorously strengthen the nature of human spirit in adult education: teaching students according to their requirements and cultivating students' autonomy; Vigorously tapping the creative potential of students; focusing on the healthy development of students' personality, and creating a harmonious teaching environment. |
