| 摘 要： | “生态人”指的是反映在生态法上的人类形象。20世纪中叶以来，生态危机日趋严重，传统的“主客二分”的研究模式不能解决日益紧张的人与自然的关系，因而有必要确立新的“生态人”模式。与“经济人”、“社会人”相比较起来，生态人是“大我”的人，是“利他”精神向其他物种扩展的人，是“有限理性”人。

| Abstract: | ＂Ecology man＂means the human image reflected in the Ecology Law. Since the mid-20th century,the ecological crisis becomes more and more serious,and the traditional ＂subject and object Separation ＂research mode cannot solve the increasingly tense relations between man and the nature,so we have to establish a new research mode—— ＂the Ecology Man＂. |
