GC-MS提取茼蒿中挥发油的工艺条件及成分分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏和常压蒸馏两种方法对本地产茼蒿的挥发油进行提取,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪研究挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件,再对茼蒿挥发油成分进行定性分析,并且采用面积归一化法确定各成分在挥发油中的相对百分比含量.结果表明:水蒸气蒸馏法比常压蒸馏法效果更佳,二氯甲烷、乙醚、石油醚三种萃取剂中乙醚对茼蒿挥发油萃取的效果最好.茼蒿挥发油中共检测出26个成分,占挥发油总量的94.45%.其中主要成分有2-乙氧基-3-氯代丁烷(20.1%)、四十烷(3.35%)、二丁基羟基甲苯(39.99%)、正十八烷(5.65%)、正二十烷(4.38%)、二苯胺(4.14%)、溴二十二烷(2.79%)、3,7-二甲基-1-辛醇(2.03%)、3-甲基十七烷(3.00%)、1-氯十四烷(2.06%)、正十五烷(1.44%).

GC-MS analysis of volatile oil components in the chrysanthemum

Abstract:Steam distillation and atmospheric distillation method was used to extracte chrysanthemum volatile oil, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) technology to establish the optimum extraction condition of volatile oil. Area normalization methods were used to determine the relative percentage content of each composition in volatile oil. Results showed that steam distillation method was better than the effect of atmospheric distillation. Ethyl ether was the best extractant than dichloromethane and petroleum ether. 26 components were detected, accounting for 94.45% of the total chrysanthemum volatile oil. Main composition were 2 ethoxy -3-chlorinated butane (20.1%), 40 alkanes (3.35%), dibutyl hydroxy toluene (39.99%), oetadecane (5.65%), eicosanoic (4.38%), diphenylamine (4.14%), bromine docosane (2.79%), 3,7-dimethyl-l-octyl alcohol (2.03%), 3-methyl heptadecane chlorine (3.00%),l-tetradecyl (2.06%), pentadecane (1.44%).
