乌鲁木齐医学高校多民族大学生BMI分布特征

随机抽取乌鲁木齐市医学高校2009级、2010级、2011级学生进行测试,获取身高、体重数据,并对学生的BMI指数进行分析,获得其分布规律和特点.结果显示：乌鲁木齐医学高校大学生BMI的分布区间在15.21～41.53 kg/m2之间,呈2.42的细峰型近似正态分布,均值为22.55＋3.10 kg/m2,众数为19.40 kg/m2,中位数为22.08 kg/m2.在BMI值的分布中,68.58％的测试对象处于正常区间,5.03％处于偏瘦区间,17.52％处于超重状态,肥胖的比例为8.87％；男生中这四个区间所占的比例分别为4.03％、63.47％、23.81％和8.69％,女生中比例分别为5.56％、71.47％、19.28％、3.69％；男、女生各级频数分布的卡方检验均显示差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；汉族、回族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族学生四个区间的比例分布,偏瘦区间：5.71％、3.07％、4.64％、1.69％,差异有统计学意义（X-10.664,P＜0.05）,正常区间：68.46％、71.28％、68.44％、70.89％,差异无统计学意义（X2=1.760,P＞0.05）；超重区间：19.61％、23.08％、22.01％、24.05％,差异有统计学意义（X2=6.673,P＜0.05）；肥胖区间：6.22％、2.56％、4.91％、3.37％差异有统计学意义（X2=10.458,P＜0.05）；整体分布曲线与内地医学院校相比整体向右侧偏移,在分布区间、平均数、极值上均高于后者,而男、女生的均值分别高于后者2.01和2.24个BMI单位.BMI的整体右偏需要引起重视,有必要在保障健康的基础上,提高学生的运动量,增加有效的锻炼时间；不同性别、民族之间的显著差异,要区别对待,特别对男生的高肥胖率要有针对性地加以干预.新疆独特的地域文化会间接地影响当地大学生的健康状况.

Research on distribution characteristics of body mass indices （BMI） of various minority medical university students of Urumqi

Objective：The investigation of various minority medical university students of Urumqi will provide evidence for controlling overweight and obesity of university students used by body mass indices distribution characteristics analysis. Methods ：To found order and characteristics of distribution though measure, statistics, analyses about height, weight, body mass indices data of experimental subject of random sampling of students of grade 2009, 2010, 2011 in Urumqi medical university. Result： 1） The distribution of BMI of Urumqi medical college students is in the range of 15.21 kg/m2-41.53 kg/m2,normal distribution,g1=2.42, x=22.55＋3.10 kg/m2, M=19.40, M=22.08, 68.58% of subjects is normal, 5.03% is lean, overweight rate is 17.52%, obesity rate is 8.87%; 2） the four types rate are4.03%, 63.47%, 23.81%,8.69%（boys）, and（girls） 5.56%,71.47%,19.28%,3.69%, chi-square test （P〈0.05）;3）The distributions of lean of four minority are5.71%, 3.07%,4.64%,1.69%,（X2=10.664, p 〈0.05）, normal ：68.46% ,71.28% ,68.44% ,70.89% （X2 =1.760, P〉0.05）;overweight ： 19.61% ,23.08% ,22.01%, 24.05 % （X2=6.673, P〈0.05） ; obesity ： 6.22%,2.56%,4.91%,3.37% （ X2= 10.458, P〈0.05） ; 4）It is higher than other medical university in some statistics, and the difference of BMI between boys and girls is obvious. Suggestions： 1） To pay attention to fitness of university students to protect the health of students by increasing exercise; 2） The appropriate measure should be imposed to the boys who suffer by overweight and obesity; 3） Culture is the element that indirectly affect the fitness of the local college students.
