| 摘 要： | 通过机械类学生创新能力与实践能力的培养事例,阐述了以学生为中心,以兴趣为导向,以CAD协会为平台,以创新设计为手段,以校内外竞赛为激励机制的课外培养体系,构建集教学、训练和创新活动为一体的新型教育平台,达到应用型创新人才培养目标.

| Abstract: | Taking cultivation sample of machinery students on innovation and practice ability as sample, the paper expatiates on extracurricular cultivation system. It takes students as center, interest as guide, CAD ISOC as platform, innovation design as mean, inside and outside of university as invigorating mechanism. We have to building new education platform on teaching, training and innovation etc as the educational goals on application-oriented talent training. |
