| Abstract: | The practice has proved that the implementation of administrative lawsuits greatly promotes the progress of administering our country by law in the past ten years.But the phenomenon that it is difficult for common people to charge officials still exists,which indicates that people lack confidence in administrative lawsuits.This paper accounts for the symptoms and puts forward constructive suggestions. |
