| 摘 要： | 在对有关企业ERP系统实施情况进行调研的基础上，从“投入一产出”模型的视角对企业有效实施ERP系统进行了分析，提出企业只有对ERP系统的各项投入进行综合平衡和充分考虑，科学有效地运用相应管理职能开展实施过程的各项工作，正确理解实施ERP可能带来的产出，才能减少盲目性，提高ERP系统的实施效果。

| Abstract: | This article brings out an analysis to the problems arosed from the research of implementation and practice of ERP system in enterprises from the view of input-output model. The article puts forward some suggestions on how to reduce the blindness on condition: taking full consideration and managing the overall balance of different types of form input. The application of the scientific and effective management approaches and a good understanding of these tendencies are necessary to provide more targeted and effective results. |
