麒麟菇液体菌种与固体菌种的栽培比较试验

摘    要:在相同培养条件下,进行了液体菌种与固体菌种栽培麒麟菇的比较试验。结果表明:液体菌种可加快栽培袋中菌丝体的生产速度,缩短出菇时间,提高产量(液体菌种的菌丝体生长速度、出菇时间、第1潮菇单产和总产量分别为0.38 cm/d、35 d、313 g/袋和394g/袋,而固体菌种的菌丝体生长速度、出菇时间、第1潮菇单产和总产量分别为0.24 cm/d、45 d、270g/袋和339 g/袋).
