| Abstract: | The major issue that the reform of education in 21st century involves is how to develop talents with the self-consciousness and the competence of creation.This paper sets out to illustrate the necessity of developing creative talents by analyzing the concept of creativeness,and proposes on the methods and modes of developing creative PE talents from the perspective of philosophy.It aims at providing theoretical guideline for developing creative PE talents. |
