闽清县农村居民点集约利用评价

基于第二次全国土地调查及2007年闽清统计年鉴的数据,从农村居民点用地的利用强度、利用效益及利用布局合理化三个方面选取了7个指标对闽清县15个乡镇的农村居民点的集约利用程度进行了评价.研究表明：在闽清县评价的15个乡镇的农村居民点中,利用不集约、相对不集约、一般不集约、一般集约和集约的乡镇比例分别为6.67%、20.00%、40.00%、26.67%和6.67%,平均评价分值分别为0.41、0.44、0.50、0.54和0.63,总体水平是一般集约.白樟镇和云龙乡两个经济发达镇的集约化程度较高.白中镇和池园镇两个陶瓷工业比较发达的乡镇集约化程度较低,这些主要是由于农村工矿用地布局不合理和占地过多造成的.白樟镇、云龙乡、塔庄镇、东桥镇和坂东镇等五个乡镇的大部分农村居民点分布在河谷平原地区,布局受地形影响较小,布局较合理,利用上总体较为集约,但仍然存在着一些不足.利用布局不集约和利用效益不集约的农村居民点应改变居民点的布局,提高聚集度,同时加速新农村建设,发展工业,改善农村居民点土地用途结构;利用强度不集约农村居民点的潜力挖掘应主要从陶瓷工矿用地中挖掘.

Evaluation on the intensification for rural residdential land in Minqing county

Based on the data from the second national land survey and statistical yearbook of Minqing in 2007,the auther evaluates intensive utilization of rural residential areas of 15 towns of Minqing by 7 indexes from three aspects of using efficiency and strength,using reasonable layout of the rural residential areas.It was concluded that： 1）for 15 towns in Minqing county,6.67%,20.00%,40.00%,26.67% and 6.67% of the total were categorized as not intensive egree,extensived egree,generally not intensive egree,generally intensive egree and intensive egree,showing mean scores of the intensive utilizationd egree of 0.41、0.44、0.50、0.54 and 0.63,respectively;2）both Baizhang and Yunlong which are economy developed towns have high degree of intensive.BaiZhong and ChiYuan which are two ceramics industry developed towns have quite low degree of intensive,mainly due to unreasonable layout and occupy much of land of rural industrial land;3）Baizhang,Yunlong,Tazhuang,Dongqiao and Bandong five towns are less influenced by topographic,reasonable layout,more intensive use on overall for distribution in the valley regions,but there are still some disadvantages.4）Recently,the distribution and not intensive utilization rural residential areas should change the intensive residential layout,improve compactness,accelerate the construction of new countryside,develop industry,improve the rural residential areas use structure;low using intensive rural residential areas should explore potential mainly from the ceramic industrial land.
