| 摘 要： | 分析了从众心理、定势心理两种心理因素在编辑工作中的表现及成因.为消除这两种心理因素对编辑工作的消极影响,提出了提高编辑专业素质与心理素质、强化编辑理性思维、优化编辑思维结构,培养编辑敬岗爱业精神和增强编辑责任感等措施.

| Abstract: | The performances and reasons of majority-trend mentality and mind-set in editing process are ana- lyzed.Some countermeasures are put forward to overcome the negative influence of these psychological factors. e.g.,improving editors' professional diathesis and psychological diathesis,consolidating editors' rational thought and optimiaing their ways of thought,cultivating editors' spirit of dedication and enhancing sense of responsibil- ity,etc.. |
