语用学视野里的大学英语教学

摘    要:学习语言的目的是为了应用语言,应用语言的能力体现在能否在特定语境中得体地表达和正确理解话语。我国的大学英语教学长期以来忽视了培养学生的语用能力。造成大学英语被社会上贬称为“哑巴英语”、“聋子英语”,为了改变这种现象,提高大学生的语用能力,在解读《大学英语教学大纲》的基础上,分析目前我国大学英语教学存在的问题,并从语用学角度探讨大学英语教学。

Abstract:The purpose of learning language is to use language, and the competence of using language is to express appropriately and to comprehend correctly the discourse under any particular contexts. In College English teaching in China, the training of College students' pragmatic competence has long been ignored, therefore, the College English becomes" the deals' English" and" the dumbs' English". To change that and to improve College students' pragmatic competence, the paper, based on the comprehension of the College English Teaching Syllabus, and analysis of the existing problems in College English teaching, explores the College English teaching from the perspective of pragmatics.
