红外光谱法快速鉴别黄芪

摘    要:利用红外光谱对黄芪进行了实验研究,分析比较了不同种、同种不同等级和同种同级不同部住黄芪的红外光谱,结果表明:同种不同级别和同种同级别不同部位黄芪的红外谱图差异较小;而不同种黄芪的红外谱图则差异较大,红外光谱可用于鉴别黄芪。

Abstract:The identification of Huangqi by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The FTIRs of different grades of the same kind, differentparts which come from the same variety and grade, and different varieties of Huangqi were measured. Results show that it is of different in the FTIRs of different parts of the same grades and different grades of Huangqi which all are from the same variety, however, there are more differences in that FTIRs of different varieties of Huangqi, which lead to the rapid identification of the variety of Huangqi.
