海水制备阻燃型氢氧化镁的研究

摘    要:以海水为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备了粒度大、分散性好的氢氧化镁。通过IK、TEM及XRD等手段分别袁征了产品的粒度、形貌特征及属性。通过控制反应温度法沉降-分离除去由海水-NaOH法制备的氢氧化镁中的氯。该法在反应温度为60℃时具有最大的沉降体积。其较优换水洗涤沉淀次数为1次。实验发现当反应温度为180℃、反应时间6h时可获得粒度大、分散性好的氢氧化镁晶体。透射电镜显示氢氧化镁晶体粒度分布均匀、分散性好。本方法不仅生产工艺简单,且生产成本低,具有较高的经济效益。可望在利用海水镁资源研究中进一步中试。

Abstract:Taking seawater as raw material and sodium hydroxide as precipitator, magnesium hydroxide crystal with big particle and well dispersing capability was synthesized via hydrothermal. The granularity.shape character and attribute of the product are characterized by IR,TEM and XRD. Removing the chlorine in Magnesium Hydroxide by subside-separation method,which is control reaction temperature produced by sea water-sodium hydroxide. Experiment show the maximumsettling volume was get when the reaction temperature reach 60℃ and Precipitation washed once is preferable for the method. Test indicate that in the condition of hydrothermal temperature T=180℃ ,time t=6h , size distribution were uniformity,well-dispersing capability,well-defined and rather pure flame retardant magnesium has be made. TEM reveals the magnesium hydroxide crystals are uniform size distribution, well dispersing capability. Not only eraftwork is simpleness,but also production cost less. It has higher economic benefits and is expected to use the magnesium resource of seawater fully to in a large-scale experimental set-up.
