| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨院前和急诊CCU静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞的必要性．方法：院前与急诊CCU确诊急性心肌梗塞，排除溶栓禁忌证即开始溶栓，以“急性心肌梗塞溶栓疗法参考方案，为标准判断疗效.结果：院前与急诊CCU溶栓时间提前，其3h,3～6h溶栓率、再灌注率明显提高．结论：院前及急诊CCU有必要在条件允许的情况下给予及时溶栓．

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the necessary of thrombolytic therapy to acute myocardial infarction patients before the admission and in the CCU.Method:After diagnosis of myocardial infarction was confirmed and contra-indication was ruled out,vein thrombolytic therapy was used.The curative effect was judged by "Reference plan of thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction trial".Result:The time that thrombus starts to dissolve decurtates.The thrombolytic rate of 3h and 3-6 h,the rate of reperfusion increase obviously.Conclusion:His weces sary that acate myocardial iufarction patients before the admission and in the CCV were given vein thrombolytic therapy immediately. |
