| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理操作中的护患沟通.方法:通过回顾总结找出护理操作中护患沟通方面存在的问题,提出新的可行性的操作与沟通的方法.结果:通过开展新的护理操作过程中的护患沟通,使护患关系得到改善,促进了护理工作质量的提高,避免了护理缺陷引发的医疗纠纷.结论:重视加强护理操作中的护患沟通工作,能够提高护理工作质量,避免医疗纠纷的发生.
