| 摘 要： | 目的：总结1249例重型颅脑损伤救治经验及效果.方法：对GCS3-8分病人施内外减压手术,并常规治疗加用亚低温冬眠治疗.结果：治愈及好转为67.01%,重残8.4%,死亡24.4%.结论：1249例重型颅脑损伤病人施内外减压术及亚低温冬眠治疗,可降低死亡率和伤残率. |

| Abstract: | Objective:Experience and effect of emergency treatment of 1249 cases of severe head injury were summarized.Methods:Extracranial and/or intracranial decompression and routine treatment,combined with hibernation therapy with sub-low temperature,were performed on patients with GCS 3-8.Results:Through this method,cure rate and improvement rate amounted to 67.01%,and severe disability rate and death rate was 8.4% and 24.4% respectively.Conclusion:Extracranial and/or intracranial decomression,combined with hibernation with sub-low temperatare,can decrease patient's mortality and disability rate. |
