血清胆碱酯酶检测对评价肝病患者预后的临床意义

为了观察血清胆碱酯酶活力与临床肝脏疾病疗效及预后评价的关系，把140例肝病患者按病毒性肝炎诊断标准分为五组；对照组149例为通辽市传染病医院体检人员，均采用速率法测定血清胆碱酯酶活力．五组肝病患者治疗前后组内及各组间的比较均有显著差异．结果表明，肝病患者治疗前后血清胆碱酯酶仍较低或升高不明显，提示肝细胞受损严重，预后不良．
