摘    要:归纳了由畜产品质量安全问题引发的一系列事件,从饲料原料、饲料添加剂和兽药残留三个方面阐述了影响畜产品质萤安全的因素及对人体产生的危害,并指出在今后的畜牧业生产中应注意的问题,为建立质量安全控制体系、促进畜牧业的健康的发展提供了依据.

Abstract:Summed up the safety of livestock products' quality from the series of events, from the feed ingredients, feed additives and veterinary drug residues in the three aspects of the impact on the safety of livestock products' quality factors and the harm to the human body, and pointed out that the animal husbandry in the future Production should pay attention to the issue, for the establishment of the safety of quality control system provides a basis, and promote the healthy development of animal husbandry.
