| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经CT引导下胸部病变穿刺活检技术的应用.方法：分析自2009年以来的76例病例,采用德国西门子SOMATOM-AR型CT机做引导,根据患者CT扫描结果确定穿刺体位和穿刺部位,继而确定进针点、进针深度和进针角度.结果：76例（100%）穿刺成功,74例（97.37%）获得正确诊断,2例（2.63%）未确诊.结论：CT引导下穿刺活检术操作简便,诊断准确,在胸部疾病的诊断与治疗中具有重要意义,值得临床进一步推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the application of CT-guided aspiration biopsy of chest lesions technology. Methods： The data of 76 patients who underwent CT-guided aspiration biopsy of chest lesions since 2009 were analyzed.The operation was guided by German Siemens SOMATOM-AR CT, according to the CT results to determine the puncture body position and puncture site, and then determined the needle entry point, depth and angle. Results： 76 cases（100%） were successfully punctured, 74 cases（97.37%） got correct diagnosis, 2 cases（2.63%） were undiagnosed. Conclusion： CT-guided percutaneous biopsy has the advantages of simple operation, accurate diagnosis, and has an important significance in the diagnosis and treatment of chest diseases, so it is worthy of further clinical application. |
