| 摘 要： | 2005年,国务院学位委员会通过了《体育硕士专业学位设置方案》,决定设置体育硕士专业学位并招收体育硕士专业学位研究生.体育硕士专业学位的设置,标志着我国体育领域高层次人才培养又有了新的途径,同时对调整、优化体育学科结构起到了积极促进作用.本文运用文献研究法和实地调研,阐述了我国体育硕士专业学位研究生教育人才培养的特点,分析了我国体育硕士专业学位研究生教育培养过程中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应的改革措施.

| Abstract: | In 2005, the academic degree committee of State Council passed the ＂set the sports professional master degree program＂, decided to set up sports professional master degree and recruit sports professional master degree graduate. Sports professional master degree, marking the high-level talents in the field of sports training in China and a new way of adjustment, at the same time, optimizing the sports discipline structure has played a positive role in promoting.This paper used the method of literature research and field research, expounds the characteristics of education personnel training sports professional master degree postgraduate in China, analyzes the problems existing in the process of sports professional master degree graduate education, and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the existing problems. |
