| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT在周围型小肺癌诊断中的应用.方法：对我院2009年1月至2013年6月的36例周围型小肺癌的CT表现进行了回顾性分析.结果：36例肿瘤内部可见分叶征18例、毛刺征19例、空泡征13例、血管聚集征8例、胸膜凹陷征5例.25例患者行CT增强扫描,病灶呈中度均匀强化,CT值增幅为20～80HU.结论：通过对周围型小肺癌的一些特征进行认知,采用CT扫描,提高周围型小肺癌的诊断准确率.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer. Methods： The CT manifestation of 36 cases of small peripheral lung cancer from January 2009 to June 2013 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Results： In 36 cases, there were lobulation sign in 18 cases, spiculation sign in 19 cases, vocule sign in13 cases, blood vessels gathered sign in 8 cases and pleural indentation in 5 cases. 25 patients underwent CT enhanced scanning, the lesions showed moderate homogeneous reinforcement, and the additional value of CT was 20-80 HU. Conclusion： The acquaintance of the characteristics of CT in the scanning of small peripheral lung cancer can increase the diagnosis accuracy of peripheral small lung cancer. |
