| 摘 要： | 目的：了解慢性腰椎间盘突出病人的心理状况．方法：对门诊治疗的78例腰椎间盘突出患者进行蒙医传统治疗后对躯体症状复发的、恐惧心理、焦虑、抑郁以及对药物依从性的情况采用SCL-90自评量表进行对照测查．结果：病人组与对照组有显著性差异，病人总体心理健康水平下降、应付能力差．结论：慢性疾病的反复发作及长期服药对病人的心理健康水平产生重要影响．

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the mental state of patient with chronic prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:Adopting SCL-90 self-evaluation Quantification Table to investigate the conditions of repetition of symptoms,apprehension,dysphoria,depression and dependence on medicine of 78 outpatients with chronic prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated with traditional Mongolian medicine therapy.Results:The difference of mental states of patients between observation and control group is significant.The level of mental health of patients in observation group decreases and their coping capacity is poor.Conclusion:The repeated attack of chronic disease and long term taking medicine have a great effect on the mental state of patient. |
