高血压脑出血CT定位微创穿刺清除术32例分析

目的：观察出血量在30ml以上的中重度脑出血微创颅内血肿清除术与传统内外科治疗的预后．方法：采用YL—1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针，在头颅CT下简易三维立体定位，对出血量在30ml以上的中重度高血压性脑出血行微创颅内血肿清除术并观察其预后及致残率．结果：较传统内外科治疗死亡率低，早期实施手术可以减少致残率．结论：微创颅内血肿清除术对中重度脑出血是一种安全且效果非常理想的治疗方法，可以明显降低死亡率，早期实施可减少致残率．

Analysis of 32 Case on Puneture needle of Bleeding in craninal Cavity

Observe the tiny wounded haematoma-clearing away for middle and deep bleeding in man's cranial cavity, in which bleeding quantity is above 30ml, and observe the prognosis of the curing through the traditional internal and surgical operation.Use YL-1style puncture needle for haematorna-smashing in the cranial cavity, and fix the position by the way of three-dimension under CT.The dead rate is decreased comparing with the cure of internal and surgical operation. The dead rate may be decreased if the operation is performed in the early stage. The haematoam-clearing operation, which is performed in cranial cavity, is a very ideal and safe curing way for middle bleeding in cranial cavity, and dicrease the dead rate largely, and it can dicrease the rate of causing disability to cure in the early stage.This kind of way is porformed easily and it doesn't need some special facilities.
