| 摘 要： | 为了准确地定性Ｌ－脯氨酸，排除Ｌ－羟脯氨酸的干扰，通过实验确定了正丁醇：乙酸：水＝２：２．４的混合溶剂系统，得到了满意的结果。这对于Ｌ－脯氨酸提取后的定性检验是很方便的。它同时也适用于Ｌ－羟脯氨酸的定性。
