| 摘 要： | 食管癌的发生发展涉及多个癌基因改变,本文就近年来研究热点的myc基因、C-erbB-2基因、ras 基因、MTA1 、MDM2 、CyclinD基因在食管癌中发生的变化作了简要阐述,为食管癌的早期诊断、预后评估及基因诊治探索可行途径.

| Abstract: | The origination and development of carcinoma of esophagus involve the changes of many oncogenes.The roles of some oncogenes,for example,myc,c-erbB-2,ras,MTA1,MDM2 and cyclinD,in the development of carcinoma are summarized in this article,which will be helpful for early diagnosis,evaluation of prognosis and gene diagnosis for carcinoma of esophagus. |
