| 摘 要： | 建立了三倍体毛白杨遗传转化系统：以茎段为外植体，基本培养基是MS IBA0．25mg／L ZT0．25mg／L TDZ0．05mg／L，农杆菌菌株用EHAl05，菌液浓度OD600值为0．3，浸染30min，在共培培养基中加入乙酰丁香酮200μmol／L。

| Abstract: | We selected stems as explants to establish Agrobacterium-mediated high frenquency transformation system for Populus tomentosa:the primary medium was MS+IBA 0.25 mg/L+ZT 0.25 mg/L+TDZ 0.05 mg/L,and the stems were floated in liquid medium containing the A. tumefacenstrain EHA105 for 30 minutes. |
