| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨EDTA-K2抗凝剂致血小板假性减少的原因及纠正方法.方法:选取健康体检者30名和EDTA-K2依赖性血小板假性减少者5名,同时采集EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血2ml和置于160μl稀释液中的末梢血40μl,分别在sysmex-2000i全自动血球计数仪进行静脉血和末梢血的血小板计数,比较静脉血和末梢血的血小板数,同时用光学显微镜对瑞氏-姬氏染色后的EDTA-K2抗凝血进行血涂片观察.结果:健康组EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血和稀释的末梢血血小板数相比,差异不明显,无统计学意义(P＞0.05).血涂片上血小板大小、形态、分布正常.EDTA依赖性血小板减少患者静脉血和稀释的末梢血血小板计数相比,差异明显,有统计学意义(P＜0.001).在血涂片尾部有大量血小板聚集,数量不等.结论:EDTA-K2抗凝剂可对部分患者血小板计数造成假性减低,但通过稀释的末梢血计数血小板联合涂片观察,就可以纠正假性血小板减低,避免临床误诊的发生.
