| 摘 要： | 多糖金属配合物由于其结构和生物活性的特殊性已成为当今天然产物研究领域的热门课题，研究的热点主要集中在植物类多糖铁复合物和壳聚糖与钙、铁、铜、稀土元素离子形成的配合物上。该文对多糖金属复合物的制备工艺、理化性质和药理作用、工业用途等方面进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The polysaccharides metal complex because specificity of its structure and biological active has become a hot topic of research in the natural products field today, mainly concentrated in plants polysaccharides-iron and chito-san with iron、copper、rare earth elements formed the complex. This review the progress in the preparation of process, rationalized and their pharmacological effects and industrial uses of polysaccharides metal complex. |
