丹参多酚酸盐对冠状动脉内支架置入术后患者血清脂联素与抵抗素的影响

摘    要:目的:研究丹参多酚酸盐对冠状动脉内支架置入后患者血清脂联素与抵抗素的影响.方法:将70例行冠状动脉内支架置入术的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,观察支架置入前、支架置入后24h及7d血清血清脂联素与抵抗素水平的变化.结果:治疗前两组患者血清脂联素与抵抗素水平无显著差异(P〉0.05);两组患者血清脂联素水平于术后24h、术后7d均呈明显升高趋势(P<0.05);治疗组清脂联素水平于术后24h、术后7d均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者血清抵抗素水平于术后24h、术后7d均呈明显减低趋势(P<0.05);治疗组血清抵抗素水平于术后24h、术后7d均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:丹参多酚酸盐可能通过降低抵抗素、升高脂联素发挥其抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化作用,对冠脉内支架置入后患者发挥心血管保护作用.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of salvianolate on serum adiponectin and resistin in the patients after coro-nary artery stenting. Methods: 70 patients underwent coronary stenting were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group adopted conventional treatment;the treatment group, on the basis of conventional treatment, plus salvianolate treatment. The serum adiponectin and resistin levels before and after operation were ob-served and compared. Results: There was no significant difference between two groups about the serum adiponectin and resistin levels before operation(P〉0.05);the serum adiponectin was increased in postoperative 24h and 7d com-pared to before operation(P〈0.05). In the treatment group, the serum adiponectin level was increased in postoperative 24h and 7d compared to that of control group(P〈0.05). The serum resistin level was lower in postoperative 24h and 7d than before operation among all patients(P〈0.05). In the treatment group, the serum resistin level was decreased in postoperative 24h and 7d compared to that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Salvianolate may exert its an-ti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerotic effects on patients after coronary stenting by reducing resistin and increasing adiponectin.
