| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CD8^ 淋巴细胞在抗原诱导下的粘膜免疫应答中的作用．方法：采用免疫组织化学方法及电镜法，观察成年大鼠肠道各段IEL与LPL的形态和分布特征．结果：经免疫组织化学方法可染出CD8^ 表型的淋巴细胞，光镜下可见CD8T^ IEL沿肠道依次递减，而CD8^ LPL则依次递增．结论：CD8^ T细胞在肠道各段的分布上存在差异． |

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the action of CD8~+ T lymphocytes.Methods:Immunohistochemistry and electron microscope were used to observe the shape and the distribution of IEL and LPL which come from mature rat.Results:The number of the phenotype of CD8~+T lymphocytes was calculated.CD8~+IEL decreased and CD8~+LPL increased along the intestines through microscope.Conclusion:Differences of distribution of CD8~+ T lymphocyte in the intestines of mature are significant. |
