| 摘 要： | 目的：观察老年人休克型肺炎的临床特点．方法：对13例老年休克型肺炎进行临床分析总结．结果：老年休克型肺炎多发生于某些原发病之后，缺乏特异的症状和体征，致病菌多在2种以上混合感染．结论：老年休克型肺炎并发症多而严重，病死率高．

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the clinical characterst of senile pneumonia of shock type.Method:Analyse and conclusions are made to the 13 cases of eldely persons with senile pneumonia of shock type.Result:The senile pneumonia of shock type often occur after certain primary diseases and it may be musked when it attacks,and lacks of specific sign and symptom.Pathegen are more than two kinds and result in polyinfertion.Conclusion:The senile pneumonia of shock type leads to more polyinfeetion and is serious,its dead rate is high. |
