双错位浮环轴承流体动力特性研究

摘    要:本文采用简捷有效的边界元方法研究了双错位浮环轴承油膜的流体动力特性,计算并给出了轴颈表面和浮环的内表面的压力在不同偏心率下变化的规律曲线比较图,以及浮环外表面压力在不同偏心率下变化规律比较图,另外还给出了润滑剂的流场及轴承表面的压力变化规律.

Abstract:In this paper double - dislocated floating - ring bearing' s hydrodynamic characteristics have been studied by making use of the short - cut and effectiveness boundary element method. The pressure distribution on the float - ring's inner surface and journal's surface with the angle change is computed, and is compared with different eccentricity. The pressure distribution on the float- ring's exterior surface with the angle change is computed, and is compared with different eccentricity. The flow field of lubricant is draw up. The pressure distribution on the bearing's surface is computed.
