| 摘 要： | 静脉输液是临床上治疗疾病的重要方法之一，也是应用最广泛的基本护理操作，为保护好静脉，减轻病人的痛苦和皮下瘀血，对2004年8～12月肿瘤科收住的120（204次）肿瘤病患者，行静脉输液拔针的传统指压法与改进的直压法皮下瘀血情况及按压疼痛表现程度等两项指标进行了对照分析，结果二者均有显著性差异，直压法优于指压法．

| Abstract: | Venous transfusion is not only an important approach to cure diseases but also a basic nursing measure.To protect punctured veins and ease patients,the merits and demerits of tradtional digital compression and improved cotton-swab compression were carefully analysed.120 Inpatients'(204 cases of venous transfusion,hospitalized in Dept.of Oncology from Aug.to Dec.2004) range of subdemic stagnant blood and level of pain,which happened to the spot where the needle was punctured and compressed with two kinds of the compression hemostasis,were compared.The results suggested that cotton-swab compression is superior to digital compression. |
