摘    要:通过砂培试验,对不同基因型大豆苗期的叶面积、叶绿素含量、叶厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度进行了研究,结果表明:在缺磷和低磷胁迫下,各基因型的叶面积增大,磷低效基因型的叶绿素含量减少,而磷高、中效基因型却增大;叶片的各厚度指标在磷胁迫下并未表现出明确的变化趋势.此外,不同基因型对缺磷和低磷的反应程度存在显著差异,但磷高效基因型的叶面积、叶绿素含量的适应性均未表现出优势.

Abstract:Five soybean genotypes were studied at seedling stage on leaf area, chlorophyll content and leaf anatomic structure in growth medium of vermiculite under different conditions of P supply. The results indicated that conditions of P supply significantly affect soybean leaf characteristics. Under no phosphorus (0 mmol/L) and low phosphorus (0.5 mmol/L) conditions, soybean tends to have larger leaf area; the chlorophyll content of lower P-efficiencey genotypes decreased, that of the others increased;change patter of different genatypes soybeau is different in leaf thickness,thickness of spongy tissue and thickness of pahsade tissue.Genotypic variation in leaf characteristics was observed among different genotypes in response to phosphorus stress, but the adaptability to P deficiency of P efficient genotypes in leaf area and chlorophyll content was not superior.
