| 摘 要： | 采用定量微板核酸杂交技术检测448例肝病患者血清中HBVDNA含量.结果显示:其阳性率和病毒含量HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、抗-HBc(+)组>HBsAg(+)、抗-HBe(+)、抗-HBc(+)组>抗-HBs(+)、抗-HBe(+)、抗-HBc(+)组(P<0.05,P<0.01).血清HBVDNA含量与黄疸程度及转氨酶的高低无关.血清HBVDNA含量高低,阳性率大小与临床型的严重程度呈一定的相关性,从而指导临床诊断和治疗.

| Abstract: | The content of serum HBVDNA was measured by PCR-Fluores center quantity in 448 hepatitls B. The results showed that the concenfration in HBeAg-Patitive group were higher that those in HBeAg negative one(P<0.05,P<0.01),those of HBVDNA were not related to ALT leaves and jaundice of degree.These results demonstrated that the concertrations of HBVDNA in serum seemed to be related to the developed clinic stage of hepatitis .So it can directe the diagnosis and treatment. |
