| 摘 要： | 通过比较三种精液冷冻保存稀释液配方（A、B、C）对山羊细管冷冻精解冻后精子活力的影响，结果表明，三种稀释液配方（A、B、C），冷冻-解冻后精子活力有极显著的差异（P〈0．01），分别为42．57％、37．34％、33．03％，A显著优于B液和C液．而且用不同的水浴温度和解冻时间进行解冻，通过精子活力的比较，寻找出最佳的解冻温度为38℃，解冻时间为60s．

| Abstract: | The aim of study is comparing the formula diluent of the three semen （A,B,C）,and to do detecting of the active.The result indicates that A ,B,C diluent ingredient the active of semen are average 42.57% ,37.34% ,33.03%,A beyond B and C ,there is a significant different and very significant different （P 〈0.01 ）.However the temperature and time of defrosting are 38℃, 60s. |
