| Abstract: | The implementation of new fostering pattern, that is tutor system for the undergraduate in universities,is the main means to reformation of higher education.It is necessary for achieving fostering purpose,improving teaching quality and teaching administration.If the tutor system can be carried out for the undergraduate in physical education department,it may help teachers' teaching and educating function;to arouse students' positive factors and enthusiasm for study;to promote individual development of students;to foster students' creative ability,and to improve students' comprehensive ability and quality in all-round way. |
